Day 31 Buedette to Northome

This morning we started off with breakfast.
We cleaned up and Ruben finished his sweeping duties. The sun was up and the long shadows were out.

Long straight roads with forest on both sides. As you can see Ruben is pumped up.

Lots of old tractors that are growing into the ground.

The first while the road was long and the fields are flat.

In the distance a bi plane is crop dusting.

A few guys fly fishing.

Ruben and Harold blew past the rest stop to get a pic of the plane. I guess when there are no towns and just trees and fields you have to take advantage of the sights.

Speaking of rare sightings. I felt like I was following a unicorn   ( George)

The crew and I took advantage of the unicorn sighting.

Another rest stop. You can see the panic when we show up. They all scramble to leave. I don't know why. We haven't had too many. Beans lately.

Peter and jack.
We rode along the edge of the upper red lake.
We stopped for fuel at the north country food and fuel. Apparently the do most of there business in the winter with ice fishing.
On the road again. We came upon a group.

Seth

Eve

Karen

I finally know where to find that red and white striped guy.

We came upon this plane along the road. It's got the crop dusting stuff on it.

Love the Pratt and witteny motor.

Billy dropped by to check on us

Is this not just like a painting.

Found this collection of art next to an old shop

Fishing.

Sawing logs.

Don't mess with this guy.

The bow hunter.

This is one messed up train
Last rest stop.
A Betty sighting.
120 km and done   A great day of riding with a great tail wind.  The days done like dinner. Len
